     Double Chocolate Bread

Ingredients
12/3 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup Dutch Processed cocoa powder, sifted
1/2 tsp baking soda
12 tbsp (1.5 sticks) unsalted room temp butter
1 cup sugar
1/3 sour cream
2 large eggs at room temp
1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
1 1/2 ts pure vanilla extract
 
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease and flour a 5 by 9 inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper. set aside. 2.In a medium-size bowl, combine the flour, cocoa and baking soda. 3. In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add the sour cream and then the eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition. Add the brewed coffee and vanilla. Mix for another minute or until the mixture is fully incorporated. Add the flour mixture and mix on low speed until combined. 4. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean, 1 hour to 1 hour 10 mins. 5. Cool the bread in the pan for 10 mins before transferring to a rack to cool completely. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap and place in a zipper bag.
