     French Silk Pie

Ingredients
26 vanilla wafers chopped and crushed
1/2 cup peacans
1/2 cup of margarine
3/4 cup of soft butter
1 cup plus 1 tbs of sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 squares of unsweetened chocolate
cool whip
 

Instructions
Put a stick of margarine in pie pan and melt. Put wafers in butter and spread evenly. Cook for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Use an electric mixer to mix butter, sugar, add one egg (mix well), add 2nd egg (mix well), and add 3 egg mix well. You need to beat ingredients until the sugar is not felt in mix. Add the vanilla, melted chocolate, top with cool whip.
