     Chloe's Pie Crust

1 c. cold butter
1 c. chilled vegetable oil
4.5 c. flour
2/3 c. cold water
1.5 tsp salt
1 egg
1 T brown sugar
1.5 T vinegar or lemon juice

Beat water, salt, egg, sugar and lemon juice. Chill in freezer for 15 min.
Blend butter, oil and flour with pastry blender
Add chilled liquid to oil and flour slowly. Use a pastry cutter until dough just starts to hold together. Refrigerate overnight. Divide into 4 balls (for 4 crusts)
