Break apart yolks with fork until well crumbled and add mustard, mayo, and vinegar and mix till smooth. Add remaining ingredients (except paprika), and mix till smooth.
Squeeze generous amount fo filing into egg halves. Should fill at least 24 halves.
Lightly sprinkle with Paprika.
