     Joe's Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
18 Hardboiled Eggs
4 tbl dijon mustard
9 tbl real mayonnaise
4 tbl apple cider vinegar
Tobasco to taste
pinch salt
pinch pepper
paprika
 

Instructions
Hard boil eggs. Allow to cool and peel.
Cut eggs in half, putting yolks aside in bowl.
Break apart yolks with fork until well crumbled and add mustard, mayo, and vinegar and mix till smooth. Add remaining ingredients (except paprika), and mix till smooth.
Squeeze generous amount fo filing into egg halves. Should fill at least 24 halves. Lightly sprinkle with Paprika.
