Crush strawberries with potato masher, place into
large bowl, stir juice, low calorie sweetener and
pectin into fruit. Let stand for 30 minutes,
stirring occasionally.
Pour into jars, cover with air tight lids. Spread
will keep well for months in freezer or one week
in refrigerator. Makes 675ml/2 3x/4 cups.
