1 box Duncan Hines Classic Butter Golden Cake Mix
3/4 cup cooking oil
4 eggs
1 15-oz. can mandarin oranges, undrained
1 3.4 oz. box instant vanilla pudding
2 8-oz. cans crushed pineapple, undrained
1 8-oz container Cool Whip, thawed

In a large mixing bowl, mix all the cake ingredients until well blended. Spray two cake pans with cooking spray. Divide batter between the two pans and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for approximately 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Your layers will be thin. Remove from oven and let cool in the pans for 10 minutes before turning out onto a rack to cool completely.
Combine all the frosting ingredients and mix together with a spoon. Heap 1/3 of the frosting between layers and spread out. Frost the whole cake with the remaining. Refrigerate.
