In a saucepan large enough to hold the roast beef
combine the Au Jus and brown gravy mixes; add two
cups of cold water and whisk to mix. Heat and
stir until mixes are dissolved. Add roast beef
and let meat heat through. Remove meat from
liquid and pile 4 - 6 ounces of meat on each
sandwich bun. Pour the Au Jus/gravy mixture in
small serving bowls (or dessert dishes) so those
that desire to do so can dip their sandwiches.
Serve with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables
with dip.
