3/4 CUP Bread Crumbs, (Traditional, Herb, or Italian)
1 Egg, Large
1 (8 OZ) Fresh Mozzarella Pearls
Instructions
Meat Sauce
1LB Ground Turkey
1/2RING Kielbasa Sausage, cut into half coins
1 TBSP Garlic & Herb Powder
1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
1 TBSP Onion Powder
To Taste Seasoned Salt (I used 2 tbsp)
4 JARS Emeril’s Garlic Pasta Sauce
1 LARGE Onion, Diced
1 LARGE Bell Pepper, Diced
1 (8 OZ) Mushrooms, Sliced
1. Season and brown ground turkey with Garlic
& Herb, Oinion Powder, Italian Season, and
Seasoned salt to taste. Drain grease.
2. While meat is in pot, add Emeril’s Garlic
Pasta Sauces, diced onions, diced bell pepper,
sliced mushrooms, and Kielbasa coins. Simmer
until veggies are tender
3. Heat to cook- medium to medium low
4. Time to cook- 1 hour
Meatballs
1LB Ground Beef
3/4 CUP Bread Crumbs, (Traditional, Herb, or
Italian)
1 Egg, Large
1 TBSP Garlic & Herb Powder
1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
1 TBSP Onion Powder
To Taste Seasoned Salt (I used 1-1/2 tbsp)
1 (8 OZ) Fresh Mozzarella Pearls
1. Oven temp- 400 degrees
2. Line cookie sheet with alumin foil (for
easy clean up)
3. Evenly mix in bowl ground beef, bread
crumbs, egg, Garlic & Herb, Onion Powder, Italian
Season, and Seasoned salt to taste.
4. Using a metal tablespoon, scoop out
mixture, flatten in hand, wrap 1 mozzerella pearl
inside, roll in hand to form meatball
5. Time to cook- 8 – 10 mins
6. Amount of balls- 28-30 meatballs
Spaghetti
Prepare as directed on the box.
Garnish
Fresh parmesan and parsley
