Combine first 4 ingredients in resealable plastic bag. Add chicken and marinate for one hour.

Preheat oven to 425 deg. Line a baking sheet with foil and place in hot oven for 2 minutes.
Shake off excess marinade and arrange thighs on sheet.

|
Bake 20 minutes or until juices run clear (165 deg. internal temp) Remove from oven and let rest
10 minutes before serving.
