     Carmel Jelly Roll

Ingredients
1 white jelly roll - baked
1 6oz. pkg carmel pudding
1 cup orange juice (Mandarin Orange)
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
 

Instructions
Add orange juice to pudding a cook - til thick. Cool. When roll is cool, whip cream until stiff. Beat carmel filling. Stir into whipped cream - a small amount at a time, until smooth. Unroll cake - fill with filling - roll up - frost with remaining filling, and chill. Decorate with orange sections when ready to serve.
