Add orange juice to pudding a cook - til thick.
Cool. When roll is cool, whip cream until
stiff. Beat carmel filling. Stir into whipped
cream - a small amount at a time, until smooth.
Unroll cake - fill with filling - roll up -
frost with remaining filling, and chill.
Decorate with orange sections when ready to
serve.
