Preheat Oven 425. Combine whole wheat flour, undissolved
yeast, sugar and salt. Add warm water and oil. Mix until
blended, about 1 minute. Gradually add enough flour to make a
soft dough which forms a ball and is slightly sticky. Knead on
founder surface until smooth, elastic - about 4 minutes. (If not
using Pizza yeast, cover dough and rest for 10 minutes)
