     Cordon Bleu Cassarole

4 Cups of Cubed Chicken ( I am thinking of shredding the Chicken)
3 Cups cubed cooked Ham
1 cup shredded Swiss Cheese
1 cup of Chopped onion
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup of Flour
2 cups of 1/2 & 1/2
1/8 tsp ground Mustard
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 stick of butter
2 sleeves of crackers (crushed)

Saute' Chicken in olive oil and Paprika
Mix up chicken, ham and cheese then in pan saute' onions in butter add flour mix up gradually add cream. Keep stirring bring to a boil for 1 minuite until thick then add mustard and nutmeg mix up. Poor over meat and cheese dump into greased cassarole. put crumbs on top
cook at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour
topping Crushed up crackers 2 sleeves of butter crackers melt 1 stick of butter in the crackers
