Heat oven to 400. Dry fillets with paper towels. Place each fillet in center of 18 X 12 foil.
Sprinkle each with thyme and chives; top with lime slices.
Spoon vegetables next to each fillet. Top with 1/2 tsp. margarine. Bring foil up over fish and veggies, seal securely with double fold seals on top and sides to form packets.
Place on cookie sheets.
Bake 400 for 15-20 minutes.
Fish should flake and veggies tender.
