Combine flour and baking soda. In separate bowl
beat 1/2 cup brown sugar, sugar, and margarine,
gradually beat in flour mixture until crumbly.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups chips and 1/2 cup nuts. Dress
into bottom of greased 9x13 pan.
Beat egg whites to soft peaks. Beat in remaining
brown sugar until stiff peaks. Spread mixture over
dough. Sprinkle with remaining chips and nuts.
Bake in preheated 325 oven for 35-40 minutes, cool
20 minutes. Drizzle with caramel ice cream sauce.
