     Cafe Rio Pork Barbacoa

5-6 lb. Pork Roast
1 liter Dr. Pepper
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
1/3 C. White Sugar
1 clove Garlic, minced
7 oz. can Chipolte Chiles in Adobo Sauce
6 oz. Red Taco Sauce
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
1 tsp. Cumin
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

Place roast in crock pot with small amount of water and cook on low for 12 hours. Once cooked, drain juice and remove any fat. Shred and place back in crock pot.
In blender, blend all remaining ingredients until sugar dissolves. Add mixture to the shredded roast and cook 2-4 more hours.
