In a pan roast roast all the spices and then grind
in a blender with one cup of hot water.

|
Boil some toor dhal in a pot when soft add one
pk of black eye peas and one bunch of chopped
spinach.
|
|
|
Add the ground masala and salt. After one boil it
should be cooked.
|
|
|
Season with mustard seeds, crushed garlic and
curry leaves and add to the curry leaves.
