Cream together the butter and sugar, until light and fluffy. In a medium bowl, beat egg, milk and vanilla. Add the mixture in two parts, alternating with the dry ingredients (flour, and the butter mixture) and finish by beating until everything is just combined. Transfer the soft Dough to a piping bag and pipe into the Doughnut pan or if it's not available, you can use your muffin tin, like I did! Bake for 25-30 minutes on 180c. Test it with a skewer, and if it comes out clean they are ready. Remove from oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool. While the Doughnut Muffins are cooling, melt butter, and in another bowl combine, the sugar and cinnamon. Dip top of each Doughnut muffin into the butter, and then into the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Enjoy!
