     Hot Mexican Cheese Fondue

Ingredients
1/4 C flour
2 Tsp. chili powder
1 lb Monterey jack, shredded
1/2 lb sharp cheddar, shredded
1 (12 oz) can beer
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (4 oz) can green chilies
jalepeno peppers, chopped, to taste (optional)
 

Instructions
Mix flour with chili powder and toss over shredded cheeses. Pour beer into crock pot and cover with shredded cheese mix. Place all other ingredients on top, but do not stir until cheese begins to melt.
