Put garlic and basil in blender or food processor until chopped.
Add butter, process until mixed. Add lemon juice and blend.
Refrigerate until firm or softened.
I use this on grilled veggies, we love it on corn on the cob. I also
toss it with hot pasta. Love it on baked whitefish. Jackson
discovered spreading it on Ritz crackers as a snack. Delish!
