Combine all ingredients besides pecans. Mix well. Easier to do if
you use your hands. After mixing well you can choose how you
want to serve it
1. Ring mold- sprinkle 1/4 cup pecans in the bottom of a greased
7 cup ring mold. Press cheese mixture in the mold. Chill until
firm. Unmold on platter and press or pat remaining pecans onto
ring. Refrigerate.
2. Make in 3 small logs and roll into nuts. Wrap in wax paper and
refrigerate
