Boil noodles as normal.
Cheese Sauce-
Medium heat. Add butter.
When melted add flour and whisk.
Whisk in milk/cream and let thicken.
Add 2 3/4 cheese. Keep whisking.
Add salt, pepper and paprika.
Serving-
Keep noodles and cheese separate.
Scoop noodles in bowl. Pour cheese on top. Sprinkle on some cheese.
