Brown Stew Beef in skillet with some oil and Steak Seasoning. Drain oil & put in slow cooker.
Add Soups & Water to Beef in slow cooker & cook on High 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally till very tender. If you are letting this cook while you are gone for the day, cook on low 6-8 hrs.
Sour cream can be added to Beef when it is done or add it to mashed potatoes.
