Mix the flour withe the salt. After that you dissolve the yeast in a
little liquid and add the egg.Milk and Water add to a pastry
kneaded. Add the butter to and knead the pastry. Cover up the
pastry 30 min. Halve the pastry and paint it withe the yellow part of
the egg.
