1 cup rice, uncooked
|
|
1 cup frozen peas
|
|
2 Tablespoons carrot, finely grated
|
|
2 eggs, beaten
|
|
1 and 1/2 Tablespoons butter
|
|
1/2 cup onion, diced
|
|
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
|
|
salt & pepper
|

Instructions |
|
|
Cook the rice and cool thoroughly in the refrigerator.
|
|
|
Scramble the eggs separating into small pea sized bits while cooking.
|
|
|
Toss rice, peas, carrot, scrambled egg & onion.
|
|
|
Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat and all other ingredients. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring often.
