Brown meat; drain. Add chilli brick, onion and green pepper. then add the following; 4 cans chilli beans, 2 sm. cans tomato juice, 1 lg can diced tomatoes 2 to 4 T chilli powder (depending on individual taste; I like it hot!) 2 T. dry mustard, Salt and pepper to taste, dash or 2 Tabasco sauce. Simmer 1 to 2 hours. You may add water or extra tomato juice according to your preference in thickness. May be frozen for future serving. Great on a cold winters day! Makes 8 servings
