     (OZ) DEEP-FRIED BABY CORN

Ingredients
16 oz. can WHOLE BABY CORN
24 oz. CORN OIL
5 Tbl. Kentucky Kernel brand SEASONED FLOUR
2 Tbl. WATER plus.
1 LARGE EGG
 

Instructions
Add corn and liquid from can to pot. Add enough water to cover. Boil for 5 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
Heat oil on med-hi. Whisk together Seasoned Flour, Egg, and 2 Tbl. Water.
In two batches, roll corn in batter and add to oil, turning occasionally until golden brown. Remove to paper-towel lined plate to cool.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with a dipping sauce if desired, but it may be unnecessary.
