Crush 24 graham crackers. Add sugar and melted butter. Bake for 10 mn at 350°in a 9 x 12 pan.
In a large mixing bowl put the egg white, juice of 1 lemon, 3/4 c sugar and box of strawberry jello. Then add 4 c crushed strawberries. Beat in a mixer.
Whip 1 pint whipping cream and add carefully to the strawberry mixture. When crust is cool, add strawberry mixture.
