     Crab Rangoon Dip with Wonton Chips

Ingredients
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 C. Mayonnaise
1/4 C. Sour Cream
1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1/4 Cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese
2 cans 6oz Crab Meat drainded or can sub shrimp
1 C. Mozzarella Cheese Divided
1 Cloves Garlic
 
1/2 tsp. Pepper
Wonton Chips
1 pkg wonton papers or spring roll papers
cooking spray
Garnish
Fresh Chives

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 Cut Wontons into 4 triangles if using spring roll cut into 4 and 4 again. Spray with cooking spray and spread chips on baking sheet. Bake 7-8 min to crisp.
Combine all dip ingredients in a casserole dish reserving 1/2 the mozz cheese for topping. Top the remaining cheese. Bake 25 min or until hot and bubbly. Garnish with remaining chives if desired and serve with wonton chips...
