Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook pasta to package. In large
skillet saute onions in olive oil until translucent x 5 min then add
sausage and brown until cooked through. (Optional) deglaze w/
wine and reduce. Add 1 and 1/3 jars of marinara sauce to sausage
mixture and boil. spray 13x9 in baking dish w/ cooking spray.
Pour half of the remaining marinara sauce on bottom. Layer 5
sheets of lasagne, top w/ 1/3 of sausage mixture, 1/3 ricotta and
1/3 parmigiano reggiano cheese. Repeat 2 layers. On the top layer
pour remaining marinara sauce and cover w/ foil. Bake in pre-
heated oven x 20 min. Top lasagne w/ mozz and remaining
parmigiano cheese. Re-cover w/ foil and continue baking x 10
min. Let rest x 5 min before slicing.
