Mix first 6 ingredients and pour into ungreased 9 x 13 pan.
Sprinkle cake mix over filling mix.
Pour melted butter over top and sprinkle with nuts.
Bake 1 hour until knife comes out clean.
Tip- Instead of the pumpkin pie spice, you can make your own spice with cinnamon, ginger, cloves, mace, nutmeg.
