     Carmelized Ham & Swiss Buns

1 pkg Hawaiian sweet rolls, split
1/2 c Horseradish Sauce
1/2 c Mayonaisse
12 slices Deli Ham
6 slices Swiss Cheese, halved
1/2 c Butter, cubed
2 T finely chopped Onion
2 T Brown Sugar
1 T Spicy Brown Mustard
2 tsp Poppy Seeds
1-1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

Spread roll bottoms with Horseradish Sauce, spread roll tops with Mayonaisse. Layer with Ham and Swiss slices, replace tops. Arrange in a single layer GREASED 9x9 square baking pan.
In a small skillet, heat butter over medium high heat. Add onion; cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until tender. Site in remaining ingredients. Pour over rolls. Refrigerates, covered, several or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350. Bake, covered, 25 minutes. Bake, uncovered, 5- 10 minutes longer or until golden brown.

This is PERFECT for Super Bowl! (Although I have always had to TRIPLE recipe!!!
