32 oz water and chicken boullion or 32 oz chicken broth
1 tsp basil
1 tsp thyme
salt and pepper
1/4 lb green beans cut into 1 inch lengths
1 c ditalini
1 (16 oz) cannellini beans
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbl parsley
Instructions
Saute carrots, onions, and celery for several minutes in olive oil. Add salt, pepper, basil and thyme and cook for a few more minutes. Add tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes.
Add green beans and pasta and simmer for 10 minutes or until beans and pasta are just tender.
Add cannellini beans, garlic and parsley and continue to heat until beans are hot.
