In large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Beat in instant pudding mix until blended. Stir in eggs and vanilla, then blend in the flour mixture Stir in chocolate chips
Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are just golden brown.
