1 lb frozen phyllo dough (about 22 sheets)
1 lb walnuts, finely chopped
12 oz mini semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/4 cups butter, melted
3/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp lemon juice

Preheat oven to 325. Thaw dough. Combine walnuts, chocolate, 3/4 cup sugar, and cinnamon.
Brush 15x10x1 pan with butter. Layer 8 sheets of dough brushing each with butter. Sprinkle 2 cups of nut mix over dough. Top with 4 sheets of dough. Repeat (2 cups, 4 sheets). Top with remaining nut mixture and remaining phyllo dough. Always brush sheets with butter! Drizzle remaining butter over top. Cut into diamonds. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
In saucepan, stir together orange juice, 1/2 cup sugar, honey, water, and lemon juice. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes. Pour over warm dessert in pan. Cool completely.
