Preheat oven to 350. Cook beef and onion until beef is no
longer pink. Stir in salsa, taco seasoning, and water. Bring
to boil. REduce to low, cook 5-6 minutes. Stir in corn and
olives.
Spoon into ungreased baking dish (8 inch square). Prepare
batter for corn bread. Stir in cheese and chilies until
smooth. Spread over meat mixture.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or
until golden brown.
