Instructions- Brown ground turkey. Drain.
Season with 2 tsp of the following- garlic
powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder,
paprika, black pepper, salt, and cilantro. Add
approximately 1/3 cup of water to meat. Stir
well. Let simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Place blue corn taco shells on a bed of
shredded lettuce. Fill each shell with ground
turkey, shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes,
sliced onions, sliced avocados, diced yellow
peppers, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour
cream. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with salsa
and pico de gallo. Voila!
