1 whole Jalapeño halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
1/2 c milk
1/2 c mayo
1 t white vinegar
! T sugar
1/4 t salt
1/4 t cayenne pepper
2 c cilantro leaves barely chopped
Instructions
Combine shredded cabbage and sliced jalapeños in a bowl in a
separate bowl mix milk, mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt and cayenne
pepper, Pour over the cabbage toss to combine. Cover and
refrigerate at lease two hours. Before serving toss in cilantro
