Preheat oven to 350. Mix sugar, syrup, eggs, salt, butter,
vanilla and cocoa. Add the pecans. Gently pour the filling into
the pie shell. Place more pecans over top of filling. Bake 45-
55 mins or until the filling no longer jiggles.
