2.5 lbs Rotini Pasta, cooked to al dente, rinsed in cold water anddrained
7 cups of Italian vinegrette or dressing of choice
2 cups drained Chic Peas (or canned bean of choice)
4 cups dhopped fresh tomatoes
4 fresh cucumbers, peeled, seededand chopped
12 oz sliced black olives
1 cup. diced onions or scallions (optional)
Adjust dressing amount as needed to provide a moist flavorful salad.

1) Add dressing to drained, cooled pasta. 2) Add fresh vegetables and mix well. Chill and store under refrigeration at 41'
