1 sweet potato, cubed and peeled, approximately 3 cups
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
3 cup water
Instructions
Place meat and onion in nonstick skillet. Brown on stovetop. Place drained meat, along with onion, into slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
