Brown meatballs in a large nonstick skillet, being careful not to crowd the skillet. Brown in two batches rather than pile them up or squeeze them in. When the meatballs are browned, place them and the rest of the ingredients in your slow cooker. Stir together gently. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or until the vegetables are tender.
