Combine Balsamic Vinegar, Honey, 1 T Olive Oil, Garlic, Thyme.
Rosemary, Garlic, Red Chili Flakes, Salt and Pepper. Stir well to mix.
Place Chicken breasts in zip loc, cover with marinade. Seal ziploc and
toss chicken in marinade. Chicken should marinade at least 30 mins.
Place potatoes and tomatoes in sheet pan. Drizzle with Olive Oil. Toss
to evenly coat. Season with Salt & Pepper. Stir to coat. Bake 25 mins.
Remove pan, add Green Beans, toss. Remove chicken from marinade
and lay over vegetables. Pour marinade over chicken and vegetables.
Bake an add'l 30-40 mins, basting with juices.
Chicken should rest 5 - 10 mins. Serve chicken with vegetables,
spooning juices over both. Add a drizzle of Trade Joes Balsamic glaze
over chicken and serve immediately!
