Your preference of cheese - Monterey Jack, Mexican Blend, etc
Salsa, of your choice although you don't need to use it
Some meat source - refried bean or whole cooked beans, sandwich meat or rotisserie chicken
Sour Cream if desired
Instructions
1. Layer ingredients on top of one tortilla then cover with other tortilla
2. Microwave until cheese is melted and/or quesadilla is warm.
3. Can be served with your choice of salsa if desired and/or sour cream
-If you have a little bit more time you can also cook these on the stove. Just either add a small bit of butter and let melt in your skillet or a bit of cooking oil then cook for a minute or two. Let cheese melt slightly before carefully flipping over to the other side. Also you can use just one tortilla - just roll once it is ready to be served.
