2 Large Whole Wheat Tortillas, About 8 Inches

1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise, Optional
|

1 Tablespoon Mustard, Optional
|

2 Lettuce Leaves

2 Slices Cooked Ham
|
|
2 Slices Swiss Cheese
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
1. Place tortillas on a flat surface. If you are using mayonnaise and/or mustard, spread 1/2 tablespoon on each tortilla
|

|
2. Place a lettuce leaf, a slice of cheese and a slice of ham on each tortilla.
|
|
|
3. Fold up about a quarter of the tortilla then from one side, roll thus leaving a closed bottom and an open top.
|
|
|
4. Wrap each completed tortilla sandwich tightly in plastic wrap so it stays warm until lunch time.
