protein of your choice - chicken, steak, pork, seafood
1 onion, chopped
2 TBsp garlic, chopped
vegetables of your choice, chopped
Sauce- 3 TBsp soy sauce, 1 TBsp sesame oil, 1 tsp maple syrup or brown sugar, 1 tsp siracha
chopped green onions
1 TBsp coconut oil or butter
Instructions
Saute onion and garlic in coconut oil oil or butter. Add all
vegetables and cook until tender (doesn't take long) add eggs and
stir slightly to scramble. Set aside, place the cooked rice in
skillet and cook 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat to fry slightly.
Add the protein, vegetables and sauce. Stir in chopped green
onions. Stir well and serve.
