In 9x9 baking dish sprayed with non stick spray spread layer of stuffing, top with turkey, peas and carrots and gravy. In bowl combine potatoes with milk or sour cream. Spread over gravy. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until gravy is bubbly, cool for 5 minutes.
