Combine Sugar, Margarine and Evaporated Milk in a
heavy saucepan. Cook on Medium heat and bring to a
Full rolling boil.
Boil 6 minutes, while continuing to stir. Remove
from heat. Stir in Marshmallow creame, then
Chocolate chips, then Nuts (optional) and Vanilla
extract.
Beat until blended. Pour into buttered 13x9 pan.
(Can use a smaller pan for thicker fudge).

Suggestions
Can substitute peanut butter or white chocolate chips to make p.b/white chocolate fudge. Candied cherries/pineapple can go in white chocolate fudge.
