in large frying pan add chop onion , and
pepper, celery with some butter..sautee until
tender ..add the chopped crab, the wine
boullion cube and rest of the stick of butter
and let it cook until tender mixture should be
soft and mushy..add ritz cracker and blend well
.. we use if for stuffing for shrimp and
lobster.. or you can bake as a side for about
20 mins until crispy.
