Bring a large pot of slightly salted water to boil and add pasta,
cook until al dente. Meanwhile chop the chicken breast into
small bitesize pieces and place into a plastic bag or bowl with
the Cajun seasoning. Shake/Stir to cover.
In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the chicken in butter
or coconut oil until almost tender (7-10 mins).
Add the peppers, onions, mushrooms and corn - sauté and stir
until soft.
Add the cream, basil, lemon, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat through and reduce down.
Add the pasta, toss and heat through.
Plate up and sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese.
