Shake all ingredients in a shaker. Strain into a glass and garnish with a jalapeno wheel.
Notes- Cathead Honeysuckle vodka is tricky to find. I found it at Total Wine and Specs. Call ahead because not everyone carries it.
Secondly, take the seeds out of the jalapenos if you don't like the heat.
Instead of straining into martini glasses, serve in a highball glass with all the ice. Either way it is a winner.
